 Thanks for missing me, I have been busy selling on ebay and craigs list and remodeling my father's house. It's just about finished and I'm so glad. It's taken a long time and money . Will is busy in 6th grade, he plays trombone in the band, and he is a "Tender Foot" in Boy Scouts. He is busy working toward becoming a "Eagle Scout".
Carson graduated last May from UT Austin, and went to work quickly because his dad found him a job. He worked in Denver selling roofs to homeowners door to door. His company did Diaster roofing. THey went into areas after really bad storms and blanketed the area with their salesman for 6 months. THen moved to the next area. It was really hard sales, door to door, and lots of rude people and lots of rejection. He finished his time and found a second job while still on the roofing job. He is in Brekenridge, Colo working at a ski resort as a lift operator. He gets low pay, but gets free ski passes for any ski resort in all of Colorado. He tells me he can now ski "double black diamond" and is working on extreme sking.  At least he has a job and is only responsible for himself. I'm very proud of my ski-bum son!

:bigparty:Will and the dogs LOVED IT! We played outside until we got to frozen then would come in warm up and go back out. I haven't seen that much snow 12 inches in Texas since I was a little girl. We tried to build a snowman but it was wet and heavy snow and Will wasn't much help he just wanted to throw snowballs at me and the dogs. Will sounds like my kinda kid, snowball fights are fun, LOL!! |

The  was fun, even though I still had school, The kids & I rebuilt that 2 times. I think they had more fun during our snowball fights. I told the kids to remember the snow days they are few and far between in these parts. Congrats to will on the scouts & band, both will serve him well later in life with the skills he earns. |
